Appeal versus judgment No. 278/20 of the Court of Appeal of Trieste issued in proceeding No. 139/19 App, as part of case No. 1757/17, seeking the legal verification of the tax system and separate budget of the present-day Free Territory of Trieste, initiated by the I.P.R. F.T.T. versus the Italian Government and others. The action before the Supreme Court of Cassation is lodged under No. 3337/21.

Ricorso contro la sentenza n. 278/20 della Corte d'Appello di Trieste nel procedimento RG n. 139/19 App per la causa n. 1757/17 riguardante l'accertamento giudiziale del regime fiscale e di bilancio separato dell'attuale Free Territory of Trieste, avviata della I.P.R. F.T.T. contro il Governo italiano ed altri. Il ricorso è registrato di fronte alla Suprema Corte di Cassazione con RG n. 3337/21.
